Our service begins the moment we connect by email, phone, virtually, or in person. As we come to understand your personal style and approach to beauty, we begin to strategize and anticipate every detail for a seamless, elevated experience from beginning to end.

Our work has taken us to private islands in the Bahamas, the tropical forests of Nayarit, lush gardens in Yucatán, iconic Amangiri, the mountains of Montana, and many others. Each destination brings its own climate, lighting, terrain, and pace. Understanding how these elements and the multiple stages of a wedding weekend affect hair and makeup is integral to our process. Every kit is prepared with tools and products selected to perform in any environment, under any condition and withstand any possibility.​

Our purpose is to provide a relaxed, high-touch experience as you fully immerse yourself in the environment and culture of your wedding destination.

As we prepare your hair and makeup throughout the weekend, we center your presence before each event with a calm, grounding energy.​ Remaining on-site allows us to keep your look effortlessly camera-ready with discreet, on-the-spot refinements, while also supporting your comfort and overall well-being.

Throughout the weekend, we work in attentive alignment with your planner and photographer, always mindful of the broader timeline. Our deep understanding of the cadence of weddings where every moment connects to the next, allows us to anticipate what’s coming, guide transitions seamlessly, and ensure your day moves forward with ease and intention.

Our Process
From our initial connection to post-ceremony

CUSTOM PROPOSAL
​
Once you've shared the services you're interested in booking with Page Beauty, I'll customize a proposal with your details and pricing for review.

CONTRACT SERVICES
​
To secure your wedding date with our artists a contract will be sent for e-signature and an invoice with a payment link for 30% of the contract total.

PREVIEW SESSION
​
We recommend scheduling your preview session 3-4 months prior to your wedding. Sessions are available Monday through Thursday with limited Sunday availability.
Please note, Page Beauty artists book 3-4 weeks in advance between May - November.
Appointment duration: 1.5 - 2 hours.

ONE MONTH OUT
​
I'll connect with you and your planner to review your event details, draft your hair and makeup schedule and make any final edits to your list of services.
Final payment is due.

ONE WEEK OUT
​
One week before your wedding, a finalized hair and makeup schedule will be sent to you and your planner. Preparation notes are included in our schedule for everyone receiving services.
06
WEDDING DAY
​
Artists arrive 15 minutes prior to the first appointment to set up, arrange furniture if need, and begin services as scheduled. Each service is one hour for a relaxing, stress-free getting ready experience.
07
POST WEDDING
​
With your permission, we'll request your gallery link or your favorite portrait to showcase your wedding beauty on our social media and/or website. Future Page Beauty brides love seeing real brides, and we love highlighting our clients!
