Destination events require more than beautiful hair and makeup. They call for artists who understand the pace, logistics, and rhythm of a wedding unfolding far from home, often over several days.
Our role begins long before we arrive. Through conversations with you and your planner, we become familiar with your personal style, wardrobe, event timeline, and every beauty transition planned throughout the celebration. By the time we board the plane, we're already part of the team.
As your celebration evolves, so does our role. We remain on-site to refine your hair and makeup throughout each event, allowing every transition to feel seamless and every look is treated as the first. We quietly take care of the details before they become a concern.
From private islands in the Bahamas and the tropical coastline of Mexico to the English countryside and the mountains of Montana, we've worked in environments that each bring their own light, climate, terrain, and pace. Every destination informs our preparation. Our kits are thoughtfully assembled for the setting, the season, and the unique needs of each event.

Weddings move with its own rhythm, setting, and significance. Our role is to move seamlessly alongside you, allowing you to immerse yourself in every moment while we care for the beauty details.
As we prepare your hair and makeup throughout your celebration, we center your presence before each event. Staying on-site allows us to keep your look camera-ready while you remain confident, comfortable, and ready for the next moment.
Working in close collaboration with your planner and photographer, we're continually aware of the broader timeline and how one moment leads to the next. Years of wedding experience have taught us to anticipate transitions, adapt with ease, and provide support exactly when needed.

CUSTOM PROPOSAL
Once you've shared the services you're interested in booking with Page Beauty, I'll customize a proposal with your details and pricing for review.

CONTRACT SERVICES
To secure your wedding date with us, a contract will be sent for e-signature and an invoice with a payment link for 30% of the contract total.

PREVIEW SESSION
We recommend scheduling your preview session 4-6 months prior to your wedding. Sessions are available Monday through Thursday with limited Sunday availability.
Please note, Page Beauty artists book 3-4 weeks in advance between May - November.
Appointment duration: 2 hours

ONE MONTH OUT
I'll connect with you and your planner to review your event details, draft your hair and makeup schedule and make any final edits to your list of services.
Final payment is due.

ONE WEEK OUT
One week before your wedding, a finalized hair and makeup schedule will be sent to you and your planner. Preparation notes are included in our schedule for everyone receiving services.

WEDDING DAY
Artists arrive 30 minutes prior to the first appointment to set up, arrange furniture if need, and begin services as scheduled. Each service is one hour for a relaxing, stress-free getting ready experience.

POST WEDDING
With your permission, we'll request your gallery link or your favorite portrait to showcase your wedding beauty on our social media and/or website. Future Page Beauty brides love seeing real brides, and we love highlighting our clients!
